I placed an order with a promo code althought two of the items had to be refunded because they were out of stock. I wanted to purchase two additional products to replace the two that were out of stock. After messaging with the company I was told they would get me a new code to use in place of the exprired promo code I used with the original purchase. I never received the replacement code. I did give up and place an order for one of the products without the code because I had already told my son about the boots. Otherwise no issues.. the products (and refund) were received in a timely manner and were as expected.

Exceptionally handsome boots! Started out extremely tight, borderline painful, but I worked them around the house and moistened the tightest points with water a few times. They are now much more comfortable and breaking in beautifully!
