Shipping + Returns

We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us here at Dallas Wayne Boot Company! We do know things happen and items need to be sent back sometimes. Because of this, we will do our best to help if you are not completely satisfied with your order.

Shipping

We like to think we have very fast shipping.

Please allow 24 hours for order processing, however most order go out the same day.

Once an order has been processed you will receive an email including your tracking number.

Shipping times depend of location, however our quick hands in the warehouse allow your items to get there sooner. 

In Store Purchases

In store purchases can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase.

Store credit is issued for returns after 14 days

Returns must be unworn and in their original state

All sales are final after 30 days

Sale items are final sale

Online purchases

We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. We ask that you notify us within 72 hours of delivery if the order is not to your satisfaction. Please contact us at dallaswaynebootcompany@gmail.com

To return an online order

Please fill out the return form included in your order and include it as well as your packing list in the package when you send it back to us! The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect from damage. Please don't place the shipping label directly on shoe box or tape shut.
