Please fill out the return form included in your order and include it as well as
your packing list in the package when you send it back to us!
The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags
Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect
from damage. Please don't place the shipping label directly on shoe box or tape
