We always hope you love your order, however, in the case that it wasn't perfect, you can return your order.

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to return any item(s) for an exchange, credit, or refund. Returned items (apparel/footwear/anything else) must be unworn and, where applicable, returned with any packaging and all the original tags still attached to the garment. To initiate a return/exchange please login to your account, find your order and then request a return. There are no returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Prepaid return labels provided by Dallas Wayne Boot Company will never exceed the amount of the original shipping charge, unless otherwise noted.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact.

Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect from damage. Please don't place the shipping label directly on shoe box or tape shut.

Please note : All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
